Good news!

On the bathroom and TTC front. Our bathroom WILL start Thursday. We signed the contract and paid 50% last night so that bitch is mine now. I will post pictures of before and after. We're also painting our living room, hallway and stairs. We pulled up the carpet in the living room and will get the floor refinished as well. Lots of home improvement and we'll be looking shiny and new for the Christmas/New Years festivities.

On the TTC front,we had a discussion this weekend regarding the future of TTC. We joked about birth control and how I wonder what I'll go back on, because Yaz worked great for me, but there are bad things about it coming out. Then he joked that maybe I wouldn't need to use birth control if I never get pg. Then I joked back that I would because if I'm not pregnant by a certain age, I'd probably want to use something to avoid being the oldest mother out there.

So then we got serious. He asked me "when do we stop trying?" So I asked him something I have been wondering about, but haven't asked because he is not one to want to look ahead. He agreed to IUIs as long as they were covered under insurance or not too expensive, but we both agree that IVF is not in the cards for us. I actually feel pretty good after that conversation.
