I need a kick on the ass



I totally shit the bed on my diet this weekend. Friday-Sunday was drink and eat fest. Ummm yeah so it was not a surprise to see the scale go up a pound. I guess I'm lucky it did only go up a pound. I have been doing much better in the exercise department, however, I need to do better with my WW.

I will say though I am back to work and this week has been better. Until my little snackfest today. I have been crawling out of bed at 7ish, got my run in Monday and Today, and an hour of walking yesterday. Monday I did a bonus walk with Rob, and we're supposed to go tonight. I seriously even gave up 2 for Tuesday beers last night at the baseball game! I am exhausted though. I am confident that once I'm in a routine, all will be better but I seriously had to focus to keep myself awake on the way home today. At 3pm mind you. So, I'm getting there, but I need to do better. No more gaining people! Who wants to kick me in the ass!? I need a swift kick to those dimples.
