Weigh-In Wednesday
Welp, after not following my points all week but doing better in the exercise department, I lost almost a pound. .8 to be exact. After a week of zero weight loss, I will take it. I need to get more disciplined but sometimes it just gets HARD to stay that way all of the time. I think it will help being back to work next week. Full time, as my month off is coming to an end. I am a bored snacker/eater so this will help. Also, getting into more of a routine always helps. Only less than a pound until I get into the 180s. Yikes I still cringe when I think of how close to 200 I was. I must get over that and just keep focusing on moving AWAY from that number.
