Not looking forward to this week

Surgery day tomorrow for my BIL, and Wednesday for my MIL. I am not looking forward to this week, and while hubby has been holding up ok, he is not going to handle this week very well. The weekend was good, we had a lot of fun Saturday night. We had a birthday party for his brother, and I made him ice cream cake that turned out fabulous! (Pics below). It was actually a pretty tame party and I think he had a good time, and I know it took every
one's mind off of things.

I am not sure what tomorrow will bring. I am unsure about the details such as if he has to spend the night, how long it will take to get the test results back, and what their plan is with the mass in the abdomen. At least my MIL's is a little more clear cut. Hopefully we won't have to wait too long for a treatment plan for both of them. Keep us in your thoughts please. I'll update when I can.
